With a combined 25 years of experience in architecture, project management and construction, we have combined our talents and formed the partnership known as eddieP. As independent architects and project managers, we have had the honor and privilege of working for so many outstanding architects and clients. This experience has enlightened us so much about client needs. As a result of its formation, our Firm has a solid foundation based on proven performance of its principles.

Our desire is to get things done right the first time, and that will always be the driving force behind our company. We bring to our clients the knowledge and experience that greatly benefit them in their conceptualization and realization of new projects.

We have designed projects, including, but not limited to, schools, restaurants, retail spaces, medical offices, churches, hospitals, and gymnasiums ranging in costs from $100,000 to $20 million. The scope of our work has ranged from master planning, project development, cost analysis, construction documents to construction administration, construction and project management.

We assist our clients in the development of specific program requirements that encompass all facets of a project from the beginning of the design process to bid completion. We have been stewards for our clients through plan review, specification compliance reviews, budget reviews, ADA compliance requirements, technology reviews, materials selection and TAS reviews.
